Toddler & Pre-K Gymnastics (18 months – 4 years)
Our 45-minute classes are the perfect amount of time to give little ones a safe, playful space to move, explore, and learn. We focus on building gross motor skills, body control, and balance, while also introducing class participation, following instructions, and taking turns. Parents love the structured environment and that it is still full of fun, keeping kids engaged and smiling.

An adult-and-me style class where an adults join their toddlers for warm-ups, climbing, rolling, jumping, and stretching. Together, you’ll help your child develop coordination, confidence, and an early love for movement. It’s a special bonding time filled with laughter, encouragement, and skill-building activities.

Perfect for preschoolers ready for a bit more independence. This 45-minute class introduces stretching, body positioning, balance, weight shifting, and working in a group. Kids build confidence while mastering foundational gymnastics skills in a fun, social environment.
Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 5+)
Our recreational program is open to boys and girls looking to learn gymnastics fundamentals while gaining confidence and strength. Classes focus on body control, form, balance, and safe technique, progressing through skill levels. Students also learn tumbling, swinging, and beam work in a supportive, achievement-focused environment.

Introduction to gymnastics basics—somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, glide swings, and beam balance.

Builds on Level 1 with bridges, splits, pullovers, and more advanced beam movements.

Focus on tumbling fundamentals including round-offs, blocking, vault basics, and targeted strength training.

Prepares athletes for competitive gymnastics through more intensive training, skill expansion, and goal setting.
Trampoline Classes (Ages 5+)
Trampoline classes combine fun with safety, teaching students proper technique while building strength and coordination. Classes follow a level-based system, allowing kids to progress at their own pace.

Learn bouncing form, safe landings, and basic tumbling such as backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

Build technique for double-mini trampoline, improve body control, and develop more advanced tumbling. Includes strength conditioning.

Pre-team level with flips, twists, and high-flying skills, preparing athletes for competitive opportunities.
